X264 Late Start Encode Run (Old SD Anime)

This is the profile for the most recent experimental encode run on a semi-old standard definition Anime. Quality matters above all. Time taken to encode is not to be considered a barrier. Estimated target filesize: 40~80MB for 20~25mins. Development for the final settings is in progress.

Anime used: Love Hina Again EP1 (OP/ED included)

AviSynth and Resizing

Past Experiment Results:
1. Threads: 1 (over default 1.5*logical cores) - Produced a file 1MB smaller in size.
2. MERange: 64/24/16 produced sizes 824, 854, 868 respectively for 120frames.
3. RC LookAhead only affects above 64, by increasing the filesize. (Tested for ME24 and ME64)

Pending Experiments(Ultrafast Run):

Error Log:
Error 1: MErange is ignored on certain presets.
Error 2: Rate Control Look Ahead Frames is ineffective below 64.
